    building control are asking for specific u values for windows,walls etc..
    eg 1.8 for windows.
    anyone got any info on this,as i have to write it onto the working drawings?

    they're are mininum values for all elements

    www.environ.ie go here, then to building standards, then guidence document part L, domestic

    its all in there at the start
