Designing a User-Generated Content Site

Hi, Could anybody recommend to me a Design house that I could approach in setting up a website with lots of user-generated content? I'm talking about images and videos, as simple as possible to use and to search, so with a database back-end and probably hosted. If theres more info required, PM me or reply here. Thanks, Eoin

How are you controlling the user content? I'm just thinking ahead to copyright issues but as for the basic site if you send me a spec by pm I can have a look for you.
