    Fascinated nubie here wathcing this game, can someone explain what happened to Morgan.

    If the ball hit his body ( on a trajectory over rthe stumps say ) would he still be out?

    Is he only out cos it managed to cath the end of the bat?

    What happens if you plain cock a guy , not LBW though?

    The ball has to come off of the glove/bat and then be caught for the batsman to be out. If the ball comes off of his elbow/shoulder/head etc. and is caught then he's not out.
