Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Edit Music Info

Hi guys just wondering if anybody knows how to add multiple numbers to files in the music folder when you edit them ?

I have some albums that have +200 songs from different artists, so after I highlight the lot and then click on "Show more details....." I get the option to add info for Artist, Album, Genre, Length, Rating, Year, Size, # (Specify the track number) Album Artist, Title and Bit Rate.

I do not know then how to change the numbers without doing them all indiviually.

What I would like is to be able to enter "multiple values" or something that will then add the track numbers in the order they appear in the file?

i'm running Vista Home premium, cheers:confused:

Are they in MP3's if so you can use another program like this one to batch edit the id3 tag, I'm sure there are probably more programs of this type as well.

I don't know if you can batch edit track numbers in WMP11 which is what I assume your using.

Mediamonkey , but you must run in admin mode or turn UAC off , you can turn it back on when finished , MediaMonkey is free and you can easily re-number all files at once.
