Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Alternative to Wireless ... Using an Electrical Socket

    Hi All,

I remember seeing a thread here a while ago about a solution on how to turn your house into a wired network using a device that you plug into your mains, and then connect this with normal network cable to your Router.

You then plug a similar device into a socket near your 360 or PC and use a network cable from the socket to this.

Since a wired network is more reliable / stable than your average Wireless network, and normally quicker this seems like a good idea. Unfortunately I didn't have the cash at the time and didn't make a note of it.

The post seems to have been archived off this forum, or I can't find it anymore. I think there was a shop on ebay that sold them (from England).

Can anyone remember the name of these devices and where to pick up good ones cheaply.

    Thanks.
