ive got some ps1 games and ripped them onto the computer using Clone Cd and had to convert them then into a workable iso using PowerISO,
then i used popstation4 to create a usable eboot file.
but when i put this into the psp/game/ folder it doesn't run.
it does show in the main game menu in xmb

    im using
    3.10oeA'

the files in the game folder are the
    eboot.pbp and the document.dat

    and are in psp/game/music2000/

the game i tested it with was music2000, the closest at hand.

anyone else try doing similar?? any success?

Heres a link for an exact tutorial to this:

    PSX - PSP

    Basic outline here:
Note:This Tutorial will be based on Danny Kay's GUI

    What Is Needed:

Danny Kay's Gui : Download Here

    http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/981

    (Cygwin dll Included)

    Hot Shots 2: Download Here

    http://fileho.com/download/7ba72c821989/%5BGHG%5DHotShotsGolf2.rar.html

Once downloaded Danny kays GUI you should have these 4 files:

    cygwin1.dll
    PopStation GUI
    popstation
    readme

Copy the file cygwin1.dll and paste it to Window/system/. Now thats done.
Now on your desktop create a folder called popstation.Drag and drop the following into that folder:

    PopStation GUI
    popstation

You should have the Hotshot's Golf 2 game.. Copy the EBOOT.PBP and KEY.bin to the inside of the
    popstation folder,Rename the EBOOT.PBP to BASE.PBP.

Once that is done grab your backed up image (iso, bin, img) also drag that to the inside of the popstation folder.

Now the inside of your popstation folder should look like the following...

    PopStation GUI
    popstation
    BASE.PBP
    KEYS
    Your image

Now open the PopStation GUI.. find you image and choose what image format your going to use then
    click Convert.

Once the conversion has finish you should have a new file inside the popstation called EBOOT.PBP, Copy the eboot and key files to PSP/GAME/Your iso folder name.

Now go to the game icon on your psp's menu and Hotshot's golf should be their. Boot it up and it should
    load your game

Also if you want to get rid of the hotshots intro just put your own ICON0.png and PIC1.png in the popstation
    folder before you convert

    Hope this helps! Good luck.
