Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Spray tan rash

Hi all, I got a spray tan done 2 weeks ago by a beautician. she used Solglo, which i had never head of before but she assured me that is was great and she had been using it for 2 years. So I get it done, and the following day I've broken out in a rash. Mainly my stomach and sides, but also on my arms & thighs. It's a really bad rash (I don't have sensitive skin) really itchy, and just basically unsightly.
I've had the St. Tropez done before and it was fine, no reaction whatsoever.
Anyway, I had the Solglo one done for a weekend away, and when I got back I rang the beautician and told her what happened. She denied any responsibility and said it must be the moisturiser I use. I use Vaseline moisturiser and have done for years. So, 2 weeks later the rash is almost cleared up, but every couple of days my sides get bad again. At the moment, it looks quite scaly, it's not raised and kind of looks like loads of broken veins.
I guess what I'm asking is, has anybody ever heard of Solglo, and has anyone ever had a reaction to spray tan before?

Never heard of it, but if she was using a new product on you, she should have insisted on a patch test first.
