What are you looking for a review on? Most people just post in the nearest forum available (e.g review for a nokia x in Mobiles/PDAs) or maybe Consumer Issues (located under Biz->Consumer->Consumer Issues). The forum idea has been suggested before and got a fair amount of support I believe. It might have gotten left behind and forgotten about though.
