From the Irish Times today. Quite a remarkable amount of dumb in a single letter.
    How remarkably petty.

Its not supposed to be. It might seem that way with claims such as saying RCC developed "the scientific method" but thats just Poe's Law in action again.
I like the style of the add actually, its very slick.
In less than three weeks, 3,000 Catholics returned to the Church in the Diocese of Phoenix due to the effort of a new lay apostolate, CatholicsComeHome.org.
The program consists of a website and commercials aired on local television that effectively portray the truth and goodness of the Catholic Church.

Has John Waters started writing letters to rival newspapers now?
Honestly, that is like a summary of a piece he did on Dawkins not too long ago. Even the writing style is very similar.

The lettering on those old cast iron signs is so wobbly and carelessly done :(

The Dublin Airport cap is damaging the economy of Ireland as a whole, and must be scrapped forthwith.

I was catching up on the Tonys (don't judge me!) and loved this. Courtesy of Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

^^ On a connected note, all four priestly staff at the Irish College in Rome which suffers from the reputation of being a little too friendly, have left their positions and were last seen heading for Broadway.

Well, that's an hour I'm never getting back thanks to some people's reasonable attitude and willingness to apologise if inadvertent offence caused by how they phrased a comment. *deletes the research compiled to help decide whose side I take after the split*

Wait, we can still have the split. Just use them both as figureheads that don't have any real input into the movement, regardless of what they actually meant. It'll be just like Christianity.
