Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Man Utd played sh*t today. Scholes was completely inconspicuous for the whole match. Maybe he's p*ssed off with himself over the Roma match so he's keeping quiet? Giggs was diabolical. Heinze again played poorly. I was told that Evra was on the bench, can anyone confirm that? Smith was decent when he came on.
Scholes looked lethargic today, hardly ever got forward into the final third, dont think he ever got in the box.
Heinze was very poor yet again.
He always seems rushed when on the ball, not enough composure.
Evra was on the bench, hopefully he will be back soon.
United havent produced a decent 90 minute performance in over 2 months .
It would be a travesty if they lost the league though .

perhaps this will serve as the kick up the arse they need and show them they can't get away with it anymore. they are due a few good performances anyway, and historically have nearly always been at their best in the run in.

one can only hope anyway.... it's still theirs to lose...

Van Der Sar was ridiculous... 3 times in 2 matches, he's pushed the ball back at the attackers rather than catch it or put it over the bar. 2 of those 3 times, we directly conceded a goal. And then he played a part in an own goal. He pulled off a cracking save towards the end, but these are crazy mistakes from a keeper of that caliber! And at such a key time in the competition!

John O Shea... What odds are the bookies givin for him to get a hat-trick against Roma during the week? :p

He was on the bench, he was actually warming up on the sideline with Giggs & Smith before half time.

United have a easy two premiership games coming up:

    Sheffield United (H)
    Boro (H)

    Then it gets tough

    Everton (A)
    Man City (A)
    Chelsea (A)
    West Ham (H)

Chelsea on the other hand have:

    West Ham (A)
    Newcastle (A)
    Bolton (H)
    Arsenal (A)
    Man Utd (H)
    Everton (H)

If things are the same after the next two home games, those three away games in a row look daunting enough. Everton, in great form, an away derby where United don't have the greatest record and, of course, Chelsea.
Hopefully the defeat yesterday will produce a similar response that the defeat against Arsenal did.

When was the Chelsea - Utd game originally scheduled for? I reckon getting it postponed might have saved Utd.Losing around now could have seriously derailed the run in and put big pressure on them. As it stands the game may well be meaningless or at the very least a draw will guarentee Utd the title (assuming they pick up the points they should between now and then)

would have made for a very interesting game after this weekends results. As it is Utd may well get off the hook.

Bit cynical to think Utd loaded up their fixture list to push this game back? ;)

True, United have Sheffield United at home instead of Chelsea away to get over the Pompey defeat.

Well the fixture list wouldn't be so piled up if they weren't still in all 3 comps :)

That should be sorted out midweek ;)

Chelsea fixture list is just as loaded, it's the problem with still being in all 3 major comps.
