Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys,

    Xbox Live Gaming Centre and Activision present the excellent Guitar Hero 2 and we have the following happening all this month:

    15 minute free trials
    If you want to try the game out to see just how fun it is, or to battle it out with a mate head-to-head on our four plasma's and Pioneer surround system, pop into the Xbox Live Gaming Centre, 51 South William Street, Dublin 2.

    We are running free trials of Guitar Hero 2 all this month until the end of the May Bank Holiday weekend, so you've no excuse not to try it out. You don't have to be a member, so come on up to us!

    3 free member events
    We have not one, but three free member events for Guitar Hero 2.

    Come up to us between 11am and 6pm on Saturday 14th, 21st and 28th of April and post your high score from three attempts on the day. The best score at the end of the day wins a copy of the game and guitar!

    Couple of quick Q's

    Have ye managed to source a new disc? - I went in last week and it was scratched...
    Is there a specific song for all to play or is it individual choice?
    What level does it have to be played on (or is it choice again)?
    Are the three attempts one after the other?
    Do you have to be a member to play in the event?

    Enjoyed the member event at weekend, staff really friendly too.

    Bit disappointed to be pipped by 3,000~ points...Another time :)
