Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get yourself a DSL/Ethernet wireless router downstairs.

What I did then was buy an ethernet router that was approved on this site . Install their firmware on it.

It can be a little bit tricky but what you then have is a repeater in another part of your house. It works a charm for me! Feel free to ask any questions!

combination of Wireless and maybe Home PNA ( networking through electrical ) sockets

Presuming you can't run Ethernet through the house /walls hwich would be the best solution
