Favourite recipe.

    What is your favourite recipe?
    Mine would defenitely have to be meatballs, it reminds me of my childhood:)

    Meatballs:
    500g mince meet
    1 onion(chopped)
    2 garlic cloves(crushed)
    1 egg
    breadcrums(about a handfull, which you soak in the cream)
    150ml cream
    1 teaspoon of mustard
    salt
    pepper
    Mix everything together and shape into meatballs then fry, they are fantastic with mashed potatoes and a cream sauce:)

    I thought you were Swedish? You forgot the kryddpeppar :) (That's allspice to everyone else!) A vital ingredient in all Swedish meatballs.
