I dont know what forum to put this in, so dont bite my head off. I deleted all my sent messages from my sent box, but will the people i was sending messages to still recieve those messages, even though i cleared my sent box?

yes as the sent box only kept a record of who you sent it to and the message.

once you send the message they get the message in their inbox instantly.
