    Hi,

    I am looking for recommendations of Online Collaboration Software (not sure if that is the right term).

    I am looking for web based software that has a to do list*, calendar*, File Sharing*, Notes/Memos/Message Board and Possibly Time Tracking.
    * = most important.

    I want to install it on my own web server so i'm not looking for a hosted version. Preferably written in PHP. Lightweight is good.

    Only about 3/4 users will be using it for one project.

    Thanks for any help/advice.

    http://www.dotproject.net/
    Project Management featuring companies, projects, tasks (with Gantt charts), forums, files, calendar, contacts, tickets/helpdesk, language support, user/module permissions, themes.

    Project Management featuring optional group system, privileges, calendar, contacts, time card, projects, chat, forum, request tracker, mail client, files, notes, bookmarks, to-do list, reminder, voting, language support.

    ...Never researched them, I installed them on my server once using Fantastico but sadly never got around to using them. Hopefully someone else will be able to give you a reliable review of them, but they appear good enough.

    Have a look at this, it's apparently pretty good.

    Just a tip for ye, ActiveCollab requires php 5.0 so dont go for a dodgy host if you want to use it!

    active Collab will work with php 4.x you just have to do a bit of hacking .. :D

    To be honest ActiveCollab is great but its in version 0.X for a long time now ...
    a lot of things you'd expect aren't there just yet ... it'll be great when it hits 1.0

    Is it really worth all that trouble hacking around everything tho? Just for a version 0.x collabaration system...

    ....Life get's worse every day! :D
