thats a rather unusual thing for someone who would work there to say, the usualy thing, assuming it isnt enforced would be this

To date we havent enforced it strictly, but it could change in the future,
    and not
    download whatever you want

    lol
if it is true though im sure there will be a lot of happy people lol

More than one Magnet employee has said this so far. I guess people just have to hope that Magnet have better customer relations than NTL/UPC and if they do decide to enforce it, they'll let customers know before and not after.

What a stupid thing to post.

You should put that under every thread.

"I just bought a new HD tv - it's brilliant"
"He probably didn't buy one at all"

    What an utter clown

The cap is officially 150MB as of... well, the last time I checked, two months ago. No idea if it's for download only or download+upload.

As for cap enforcement, I don't think I managed to reach the cap although I've been using it intensively. The thing is that Magnet does not provide any way for you to check your traffic usage.

Is it possible to have worse customer relations than NTL/UPC?

Well even if it is enforced, 5GB a day sounds like you have plenty of freedom :-)
You can even sell some bandwidth to your neighbors :-)
