Good pub for a gang near harcourt st

    Going out after work friday for the last time (leaving) and these things are normally in diceys or d2, which after nearly 4 yrs im a bit bored of! my mind isnt working the best at the moment so i need suggestions of a decent bar within walking distance of harcourt st that will be a bit of crack and pref have a beer garden?

    havent been to crawdaddy since it was the redbox, whats it like up there now? is it open at 5.30? ditto sugar club, been there loadsa times but never that early

    +1 for The Barge, its a lovely pub. great for a big group, i was there a few weeks back with a group from work. its very nice, friendly staff, nice food.

    Across from Eddie Rockets on Wexford street. Next to the Village (also good) and a stones throw from Flannerys!

    Upstairs holds about 50 people. They do great cocktails too.

    Not sure. Go there for lunch tomorrow. The lunch menu is class and you'll get to check out the place. Ask for a seat upstairs!

    Also, forgot to mention, it's normally full of lovely wummin in a Friday night :cool:
