    In advanced mode, (i.e. not the quick reply mode), click the yellow icon with a mountian on it, in there copy and paste the url of your image.

    Sign up to a site like photobucket. Upload your pictures there and you can then link directly to them. Photobucket has an option to generate the html and IMG code for you. Then just copy and paste it in to your post.
