Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

my OS went ga , ga today and when i did system restore it got all borked and my laptop wouldnt boot up-. managed to recover all data through a program called PC angel so i have a fresh install of Windows XP.

so to cut a long story short i have all of my old windows system and program files saved from the old install as well as files and what i'm hoping someone can tell me here is what folder or file does MS outlook (not outlook express) keep the emails in and what file keeps the email connection settings as well

also, as an aside my screen has this habit of continually scrolling down the end of the screen as if someone was holding the down button on the keyboard but i wasnt near the mouse or keyboard. my mate has the same problem occasionally. would anyone know what causes this?

    thanks guys

Any idea why your OS went ga-ga on you? I suppose it could be some virus/trojan. Maybe post a HijackThis log here?

haven't run that because i've done a complete reinstall of windows through PC angel so it's completely fresh without any possible "malware on it" all system and data files are just sitting in a folder called "my old system" folder

    C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Some folders are hidden such as local settings and all emails contacts are in 1 file. You will have to set up the email account again through outlook
