I was reading one of the rumour articles on GameSpot and they were saying that a new Tom Clancy game is in the works, but everything about it is hush hush. There is a site: www.rev64.com that has a pretty cool flash movie on it (for those who open it, it leads to another site and when the movie loads, mouseover the side bar to pause it and some of the links can be highlighted and clicked).

From all the little pieces of info that people have gathered, it's assumed that it's a new franchise but that it ties Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and Splinter Cell together and is sent about 20 years in the future where a new world war is tearing the states apart.

The site is really well done and it gives me a new mystery to wonder about :D

The site rev64 directs to is jsf28555833-80604722.com - The JSF part could be Joint Special Forces or something... It could be 1 game with the three elements in it (GR+R6+SP) or it could be 3 games based around the one "event" (WW3 perhaps).

Some of the radio casts on that site sound like it's US vs. EU according to some on Eurogamer.

Should be interesting all the same.

Is it not just more of the same old same old, a bit like clancy's books?
Honestly, Ghost Recon, Rainbow6 and Splinter Cell, they've pretty much got it all covered, no?

Apparently not. There's much more milking to be done! :D
