REQ French TPS on ViaCrypt Card AND Receiver package

I have been asked to 'repurpose' an astra2 dish for hotbird (done) and now need to acquire a ViaAccess (2.6 ??) receiver for the French TPS package and a one year sub to same . Where would one get the via receiver + the TPS one year sub as a package ??? TIA
