If you go beyond download cap on Eircom...

I heard that if you go past your eircom download or upload cap that eircom doesn't charge you. Is this definitely true? Unfortunately havin the 1Mb package I only have ridiculously low caps of 10Gb D/L and 1Gb U/L. Thanks in advance for any replies

I used to download about 70gigs a month and never got charged.
I am with Magnet now, decent 150gb cap per month.
