Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Professional laser lights?

    A mate of mine is looking to buy laser lights the kind that they use in godskitchen. He went down to a guy in a music store he said he can get them for 4,000 :eek:

    Was wondering can anyone tell me the name of them? Or can someone point me in the right area seen them on ebay and that for about 500 but I dont think there the ones.

    First off I hope your friend has really deep pockets,

    Second I'm assumming it is actually Lasers and not just the lighting effects you are talking about.....if it is the lazers then I doubt he will be getting "lights" in plural :D

    4000 euro "might" get you a reasonable 1/4-1/2 watt green lazer, without a controller.

    A 1-3 watt Multicolor (rgb) lazer would be more like what you have seen though, and you are looking at ..around 30k+ in this country though for the full setup. (booo)

    Theres a reason there isnt too many of them around :P

    No harm in asking in the shop what kinda spec he is offering for 4k though, maybe you'll get the deal of the century!

    is your friend intending to promote (gigs) and use them or hire the lazers ?
