    Its great down there in the Winter time....

    Haven't been there for a couple of years though, must go and reqacquaint myself!

    Ye amazing how windy it can get..was down there when all those boats were sunk.went on the tour guide was saying waves have even come over the lighthouse which some of you have seen is pritty high

    Great memories of fishing between Slade and Hook in the 80's and the mackerel jumping on to the rocks, camping in the field beside the pier with a gang of lads and hitting the discos in the hall in Fethard, and fair play to Billy Colfer who brought us out the odd day in his boat.

    Great memories a magical place.
