New Project Util basin

    Ok New project as the semi new house needs a sink in the util...

    Long story short.... Bought estate house in 2004. All bumf on house had util with sink.... etc

    Show house didnt (changed becuse of wheelchair access to toilet) so bigger toilet and smaller util room and no wash sink)

    So plan is put drier in Garage
    Move Washing machine into drier space .
    Build carcase & door and put in old washing machine space
    Cut and install wash basin and connect up plumbing.

    Questions

    Can I get longer leads for hot and cold for was machine. if so where? or what can I use?
    Can I get a longer waste pipe for wash machine?
    Can I use 2-1 Y shape attchement on H/C water pipes so that I can connect hot and cold taps without making another hole in pipes? or what is the preferred method?

    How easy is it to fit a sink (cutting, sealing etc)

    any help appreciated
