I have the Dension and while not perfect am very glad to have it. Sound is perfect, but you cannot display track names info on the RCD300 AFAIK, whatever interface you use. So it means browsing thru your tracks manually and 'blind' but at least it means you keep your eyes on the road. I keep my Ipod in the glove box although if you mount it where you can see it, it does display the track info when you browse using the headunit controls.
The 6 track buttons are OK although they work slightly differently in different makes of car, allowing up/down playlist, updown album to move thru your collection.

Only a few makes have started fitting OEM headunits that can display the info and only a few of those are supported by Dension. BMW I think works well and some Mercs but thats about it.

There is a Harmon Kardon system that comes with its own display unit which you fix to the dash. So-so but I didnt like it mainly as an advert for theivesto go for the ipod that is probably at the other end of it.

Unfortunately if you really want track names it means changing the head I think, and even then, most of the display seems to be very few characters.
