    Got some v-max 17's (17g) today off the local dealer
    and he said that soon he was going to have trouble
    getting .17s and also .223. He did not say why he just
    said they were getting very scarce Wondering if this has anything
    to do with new restrictions kicking in or something else.

    No restrictions some people are experiencing it in the uk id put it down to high demand.

    Try the remmington stuff its just as good in my rifle
