    Hey there

I have this song in my head and I can't for the life of me figure out the title. Tried Google but it's pretty difficult as you'll understand when you realise how vague my description is...

I'm pretty sure I heard it in a film/TV programme before and have heard it on the radio a couple of times. It's a woman singing it, it's a fast-paced song, she SOUNDS like she may have an English/Scottish/possibly Irish accent.

One lyric in the chorus goes like "I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going home tonight, home tonight".

Then I *think* there's a line in it that goes like "Then you played me a song..."

    This is melting my brain!

    Any help would be appreciated!

I'm trying to find out the name of a song used in an ad that is shown on a a sports program on RTE. The thing is I can't remember what program its from. I think its one of those sponsorship ads they show at the beginning and end of every commercial break (maybe during rugby matches/programs?) Its a very quick tempo jazzy sounding song. I know its not a lot to go on but anyone got any ideas?

I'm looking for a song from a video game called Battlefield: Bad Company.

It's on the loading screen for the map "End of the Line" and is an up-tempo, surfy number. Thanks for any replies!

Ok, I heard a class song a few weeks ago and never got the name. It sounded like a Ramones song but with French lyrics. The dj went on to say they are like a Belgian Ramones.

Any idea who this band are?

    ???

There is this song I heard on Iradio on the 8th of July i think but i dont know the name or remember the lyrics! but I remember the beginning went like this, "du du du du du du du bam bam du du" for around 7 seconds, this was non-vocal though and an instrument was playing and then a women starts singing the lyrics which I forget!

    Sorry for broad description.

    It's a duet.

    It's between a male/female.

The male is quite popular... I think he has a triple barrel name (e.g. Philip Seymour Hoffman)... and could be spanish/latin, but sings in English and is popular in the States (and worldwide I think)

The female is from South America (I think).

The duet was a big hit...

It's on HER record (that's where I heard it)... the rest of her record is something like jazz, or reggae or tango or something not rock...

I'm trying to remember her name, and the name of that record... and this is as close as I can get...

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance...

    solved my own problem...

it was a duet between Ben Harper and Vanessa Da Mata

Another song of hers, which is much better IMO

Listening to RTE last night around half 1. Woman presenter.

The song was by a woman and had lyrics something like please don't open your mouth to lie to me. something like that.

She mentioned van morrison afterwards , the presenter and read out a text about getting a permanent slot.

    80s song

Intro begins with "heaven heaven" sung in a womans voice.

Probably a very famous song - I just cant seem to narrow it down/find it.

    Thanks
