    Hi,

Hope this query is okay for this forum, I have seen similar type queries along these lines before in this forum, so here goes.

Would anyone be able to give general costs to business for the following types of lines:-

    1) Analoge line rental
    2) PRI rental for full 30 chans
    3) Pri rental for 20 chans
    4) Wholesale prices for the above (eg how much do other operators pay eircom for these)

Nothing much to do with getting "online". Why not contact eircom?

Residential line rental is about 22 Eur, going up soon to 28 Eur a month
Wholesale line rental LLU (no ability for analog or ISDN via Eircom) is about 14 or 17 Eur I think, but could be wrong.

A few exchanges BT can offer this kind of stuff.

    Hi Wexfordman,

    Here are some answers...
    1) Analoge line rental - Eur 19.98 (Eur 107.43 installation)
    2) PRI rental for full 30 chans - Eur 264.11
    3) Pri rental for 20 chans Eur 189.20
(FRI = 16 Channels = Eur 158.72 Plus Eur 7.62 per additional channel)
(Install costs - Eur 3,299 for FRI or PRI - Eur 50 per additional channel on FRI)
    4) Wholesale prices for the above (eg how much do other operators pay eircom for these) - not terribly sure of this, AFAIK there's about 10 percent margin for OLOs renting wholesale from eircom.

Oh yes, all above prices exclude VAT at 21 percent.

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers
