I'm wondering is it possible to get alot of forums that I dont use deleted? No not from boards just so I cant see them?

What do you mean, like from the drop down menus? I don't think there is a way of hiding them. Why not subscribe to the forums you visit most and they will all be listed under the Subbed menu (Forum Tools->Subscribe to forum).
