Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mulder and Others Case

    Hello,

    I have to do a project on the case of Mulder and Others for college...but I'm not a law student or a student of any related discipline whatsoever and have not a clue about law in general (stoopid moduralisation in UCD!). It's that case about Milk Quota and EU law.

    So I'm just wondering if anybody knows anything about this case, if there's any websites that have a blurb about it and some analysis, anything at all...anything is welcome! I have already photocopied the report on it from the library in college out of those purple EU law report thingy books. Any other sources worth consulting?

    All help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!:D

    Cheers for the quick reply last time I really appreciate all the help I can get...this whole law malark is all new to me!

    Anyhoo, my next question is...
    Are there any good books that will discuss the points of law in this case?
    And are there any other well known cases in which these points of law arise?

    Thanks for the help, checked out that book and it's pretty good alright. Seem to be getting the hang of it now...I'll have a new found respect for all ye legal experts when I've gotten through this mountain of work!!
