folk festival in the shetlands in May

Has anyone been to the folkfestival in the Shetland islands.I heard its great.I am thinking about going this May.It runs from Friday the 4th to Sunday the 6th I think.Has anyone any information or advice about going there.I presume it is too cold to stay in a tent.What is the accomadation facalities like re hostels,B and…

Expensive to fly and the ferry isn't much cheaper

but the hostels are top class. Lerwick hostel is very nice altogether, but not much of an atmosphere when I was there.
