Ok so I have done a deal to buy a site subject to planning and I'm looking to build on it, so I need a solicitor to look after the Purchase of the site and the Mortgage on the site and building costs.

I was wondering what the average Professional fees would be, I know the cost of the Deed of Transfer etc.
