    Xbox360 4532 or 4548 dash - I think you can downgrade if you removed the resistor for the efuses before 4552.

    You need dvd firmware, hitachi drives working fine, disable sata in kernel if using samsung drive
    Modified shader in King Kong
    Able to compile
    Serial (JTAG?) cable to transfer compiled code

    This is largely an academic step, proof-of-concept work, and is applicable to units running the exploitable firmwares.
    If you've updated your xbox over Live, or have played a game released since Feb 2007, you're probably running 4552 dash, which has been patched to close the hypervisor exploit.
