Ceiling Speakers in a ground floor apartment

Hello, I would like to put ceiling speakers in my apartment, but I am a bit concerned about the noise to my neighbours above. Originally I was thinking about putting the ceiling speakers in the bedrooms and bathrooms, primarily for background music. Any opinions on this? Thanks, Randomer
