IBB Issues

Anyone else having issues with IBB tonight? I'm in Dublin 15. I was on the Ballycoolin mast, but lord knows which one I'm on after the last engineer called out. Basically I can't load any web pages at all. I can ping the DNS servers, the default gateway etc, but not websites.
