My girlfriends mum works in a bar in Cashel, The said bar was recently taken over and all jobs where guaranteed safe and would be the same Mary works weekdays 10 to 6 as she has a family to take care of. First off is this legal to work a 14 hour day 5 days a week
And can redundancy be claimed for the drastic change in hours?
