Anybody know if it actually is 400meters? Seems a bit shorter than that when running it, or else i've gotten fitter overnight. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm fairly confident that it's the full whack of 400m. If it wasn't, the measurements for the starts would be all over the shop!

It was when I last ran competitively on it. Mind you that was the Leinster Schools Junior Track and Field games or something. Since then I've gotten ridiculously unfit. Maybe I should revisit it one of these days.
