Hi All, Would I fit two 17" frame hybrids with the front wheels removed into the back of a mitsubishi colt with the backseat down? Any tips on transporting bikes in a small car?

Yeah, you'll fit both of them with the front wheels removed.

Go to dunnes and pick up a cheap double duvet and pillow pack - Around €20.

Use them for padding underneath and folded back on top of the first (lower) bike, then put the second bike in on top without having to worry about scratching the crap out of both.... You can toss the duvet etc in the wash when it's grubby or mucky without much worry. Works fine for me anyway!
