Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi.

    I have a server in the US and yesterday all my domains started having problems with there Email. All teh websites work fine tho.

    When i access my email i get this error.

    Internal Server Error
    Unable to open engine binary (php) at cpsrvd-ssl.pl line 4505
    main::phpHandler() called at cpsrvd-ssl.pl line 3387
    main::dodoc_webmaild() called at cpsrvd-ssl.pl line 633
    main::dodoc() called at cpsrvd-ssl.pl line 539

    cpsrvd/10.9.6 Server at www.davidstokes.com

    I contected ehostpros (my hosting provider) and they are telling me it's a problem with my ISP. But when i try it on NTL/BT and Eircom it's all the same errors Could there still be a problem with ISP or does it sound like a Server problem,

    Tech support from Ehostpros said they can login in with no problems.

    anyone got any ideas?

    Based on this alone, it is having trouble running the Perl code on the server side.

    Nothing whatsoever to do with your ISP.

    Agreed. It's blatantly a server/software problem.

    Ask them how they're logging in. They're probably either using their own control panel, or telnetting directly in. That's why it works for them.
