Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

2007Word-->2003

    Someone just sent me a word document and it says it's encrypted. Now this person didn't encrypted, and wouldn't know how. I was just wondering if it's an issue with backward compatability. They're using 2007 word while im only stuck with 2003. Doubt it is but can't see any other reason. Thanks for the help
