C&C compatibility problem

wasn't sure where to put this but this seemed like the closest match. I had one of those nostalgic pangs that only a game like Command and Conquer: Red Alert can give you so I dug it up and installed it onto my new computer - but it won't seem to run with xp. is there like a patch or something I can get to make it work or…

Yeah, all the older games were updated with XP compatability for The First Decade compilation released a few months ago. There should be a patch available, just google it
