Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I hope someone can help me with this!!!!!! :-(

I bought myself a new mobile phone yesterday. I upgraded from a Nokia to a Sony Ericsson K610im phone on 02 Bill Pay. I seem to be unable to send text messages from the phone......? I bought the phone in the Carphone Warehouse store in Liffey Valley yesterday.

I have gone through my user manual looking for solutions, and have also browsed the net too......?

I would be grateful if anyone can help me with this problem.

Have you made sure that you have the right message centre number in the phone?

This may be a dumb reply, but where do I get that number?

The phone should be pre-configured. Have you tried calling O2 customer care? They should be able to send you out the right settings, so that you don't need to manually enter anything.

Try the SIM in another phone. If it still doesn't send in that then ring customer care. SMS is proberly not setup on your account.

try +353868002000 , that should work as your message centre number

Let us know how you get on
