Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Watch Insured on home insurance

I recently purchased a watch costing over €1000 in Hong Kong.

Now I'm trying to insure it. I added it to my home contents insurance as All-Risks. The insurance company want a Certificate of Value. I called Weirs to see if they would do this. They said they would but that they charge 5% of the value of the watch.

This seems a bit excessive seeing as they are only stamping a form. Is there anywhere else that will do this?
