sounds like that guy is just a bad loser. once they agreed what handicaps people were playing off then thats it. coming up with a list of excuses afer you lose is not on. If he played one round I could maybe understand him feeling ripped off but he should still have paid. Playing more than one ruins his whole argument for me.

He agreed to the handicaps fair and square, how can that be cheating?
