Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Security code for text messages

    Help me plse....

    I bought a motorola l7 Slvr off ebay and while the fone is unlocked there is a security code on the text message. I've waiting for a reply from the seller but is there any way I can get around this myself.

    I tried 1234 and 0000, he obviously wasn't the trusting type!!!!

    Motorolas generally have three and six digit codes .. 123 or 123456 try them..

    Thanks JohhnieM, but it deffo seems to be a four letter code. I tried a master reset and that wants a unlock code aswell!! And to top it all he just sent me a msg to say it's so long since he used the phone that he can't remember what pin he used.

    The Moto code is 0000000 (basically all zeroes until it won't let you enter any more)

    The default user code on a Motorola is 1234
    The default security code is 000000 (6 zeros)
    If these are not the ones used, you will need to either use software to reset it or bring it to an unlocking shop

    Thanks for all the replies... I gave myself a crash course in flashing (oh er) and modding last night. Took four hours but I got it sorted.
