Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

eircom cordless telephone

    I bought an eircom digital cordless telephone today. Now when someone rings in and I pick up the new phone, my broadband switches off. Anyone any ideas?

    Don't know, but there is a led on the modem with dsl written underneath it.

    you need to plug out the cordless phone from the eircom socket and plug it into one of these:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DSL_filter

    then plug that into the wall. you can get them in places like pc world etc

    Good man. When I told my wife about your reply she remembered that we got two filters with our broadband modem. Plugged one in and hey! It works. Thanks again you’re a star.
