Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it possible to buy the phone online, then bring the new phone number you get with an o2 new connection to o2 retail store, and they will port over your number there? Or is the porting done online as well?

you don't have to go to a store. either they'll do it online or you can phone up and do it. phone from a landline because they'll probably want to call the number to verify it

you select the option online if you already have an existing number on another network to port it ,you can call customer care once you recieve the phone and they can complete the port, takes a few mins to set up the new account and about 2 hours for the port to complete
