Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When la Liga ends Villareal will accept bids for him (this gets complicated) 75% of him is owned by Villareal but technically he is on loan to them from Barca who own his registration and the other 25%. If Villareal had of kept him they would owe barca another 4 million or so, so they loaned him to Boca Juniors who coultn afford 20 quid to buy him as he has another year on his partial contract with Villa

So Villareal will accept bids for him when the season here ends they owe Barca an extra 3 million so its rumoured thats what they will take for him.

jesus what ever happened to buying players and getting them.

hes best summed up by this tbh
Argentina legend Jorge Valdano describes Riquelme saying: "If we have to travel from point A to point B most of us would take the six-lane highway and get there as quickly as possible. Riquelme would choose the winding mountain road, the beautiful scenic route which takes him six hours instead of two." [8]

Unaturall ball holding ability. I always remember him for killing the game us in the U20 world cup in 97. We had a decent team but just coultn get the ball off him :(

Irelands team with Kerr as manager:
    1 GK Derek O'Connor
    2 DF David Worrell
    3 DF Robbie Ryan
    4 DF Colin Hawkins
    5 Aidan Lynch
    6 Stephen Murphy
    7 MF Niall Inman
    8 John Burns
    9 MF Michael Cummins
    10 Thomas Morgan
    11 MF Damien Duff
    12 David Whittle
    13 FW Alan Kirby
    14 FW Neale Fenn
    15 FW Glen Crowe
    16 GK Paul Whelan
    17 DF Desmond Baker
    18 FW Trevor Molloy

Someone post where every one of those players are now.

    Their squad
    1 GK Leonardo Noeren Franco
    2 DF Leandro Damián Cufré
    3 DF Walter Samuel
    4 DF Juan Serrizuela
    5 MF Esteban Cambiasso
    6 MF Diego Markic
    7 FW Diego Quintana
    8 MF Juan Román Riquelme
    9 FW Bernardo Romeo
    10 FW Pablo Aimar
    11 MF Pablo Rodríguez
    12 GK Cristian Muñoz
    13 DF Fabián Cubero
    14 DF Diego Placente
    15 FW Martín Perezlindo
    16 MF Nicolás Diez
    17 FW Sebastián Romero
    18 DF Lionel Scaloni

Great player and pretty much at 3 million on a free.

very gifted player, but i don't know how he would o in the premiership - he wouldn't get the time and space on the ball that he would need in most games. However, at just 3million, I wouldn't mind United taking the gamble and seeing if it worked!
