Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    bought a bill phone off three today online. how long does it take to arrive? also i never got a comfermation email... has it gone through?

    Bought mine around lunch. Arrived the next day.
    Didn't give them an email address so didn't get an confirmation email.

    Strangely the website lists a 6280 billpay at €49 but carphone warehouse gave me one free for billpay signup. And Xtravision gave me a free dvd for a prepay one.

    when i renewed my contract last january they said they'd send me a free phone and a free 3pay simcard
    phone came next day and the sim card took a week

    Mine arrived in <24 hours!
    I was impressed as I put the order in at about 4:30pm and it arrived the following morning!:D

    My recent upgrade (w850i) took about 24 hours too.
